CREW H. Scott Hughes (Writer/Director/Producer) H. Scott Hughes is a
writer and director based in Texas. He is best known
for his film Food for the Gods, which was featured in the New
Asia Film Festival, the Vancouver Asian Film Festival, the Route 66
Film Festival, and on television in the Shaw Multicultural Channel
Filmmakers Showcase. Initially working as a professional vocalist, composer,
and music teacher, Hughes decided to pursue his passion for film, and
in 2006, relocated from Texas to the Vancouver area to study film production at Vancouver Film
School. Favorite projects include Food for the Gods, a sci-fi space
fantasy; Crazy Old Woman, a supernatural thriller; and Duty, a
documentary on the RCMP. |
